Synopsis: At the beginning of the school year, two 9-year-old Chinese girls cross paths at a school. Lucía is part of a second-generation immigrant family, feels completely Spanish, and only thinks about fitting in with the rest of her schoolmates. The other girl is Xiang. She is adopted, and her face reveals wherever she goes that she is not the biological child of her parents.
